The lively Laukaa Marina invites you to enjoy the summer days
Our lakeside café is easily accessed both by land and water. We offer our customers many services and we have multiple events during the summer.
There’s also a lot to do with the whole family in the marina area. There is playground for kids, beach, small disc golf course, padel court and a beach volleyball field in this beautiful green marina park.
You can rent canoes, padel equipment and SUP-boards from us. Ask more about the activities and rentals from the marina café.

Marina Café
From Marina café you can get ice cream, hot and cold drinks, salty and sweet pastries. Enjoy our burgers and Finnish version of fish&chips!
The large sun terrace provides the perfect setting for summer fun and relaxation by Lake Saraavesi. The Marina hosts several events and live music on summer evenings. See the event calendar below for details.
At the side of the café’s terrace is a free-access hut with a fireplace, wood, and grills.
The friendly staff of the marina café will be happy to help and assist you in all your questions.

Sauna
Downstairs at the Marina café you will find a renovated sauna and shower facilities. The facilities are accessible both from the terrace and through its own entrance. The sauna has a covered outside area. The facilities are for 8 people. Meals and drinks can be ordered conveniently from the marina café, and meals are served to the sauna if you wish.

Natural attractions in Laukaa
Saraakallio rock art
The prehistoric rock art paintings of Saraakallio is located on the eastern shore of the Lake Saraavesi. From 40 meter high rock wall you can find largest rock art field in Fennoscandian peninsula.
You can reach vista point with a boat, canoes or SUP-board but we recommend hiring a guide to get the best experience. There are multiple guided tour providers at the area.

Jos joskus satamasta meteliä lähteekin, niin juuri tänä päivänä Laukaan satama tarjoaa mahdollisuuden konkreettisempaan hiljentymiseen. Jo vuosia vanhan perinteen mukaisesti satamassa järjestetään rennon ja ihmisläheisen tunnelman jumalanpalvelus, johon saat tulla kuuntelemaan sanaa ja pohdiskelemaan elämän perusasioita tai mitä ikinä parhaaksi näetkään… Ja tulla saa juuri sellaisena, sen näköisenä ja oloisena kuin sillä hetkellä on!
Ja mikäli tunnet, että haluat kirkkokahvien oheen vaihtaa veden viiniksi, niin se on tässä tapauksessa täysin sallittua, eikä millään muotoa paheksuttavaa.
